To view the workouts on the Aflete app you would click on the first tab, my plans if you have multiple plans please swipe to the right to view more.
If your my plans is a blank screen, you may have not logged into the correct email address. Please sign in using the same email address you purchased the product with. You would receive a confirmation email that has the instructions on how to view your guide on the Aflete app.
If you have signed into the correct account, please close the app from recent. To this, from the Home screen, quickly press the Home button (at the bottom) twice then swipe the screen left or right to view the list of apps. To Open or Close: Open: Scroll to and tap the desired app(s) in the list. Close: Scroll through the list of apps, hold the app then swipe it up and off the screen.
In addition, please check that you are on the latest version on the Aflete app to be able to use all the features. See here how to check you are on the latest version on the app > https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202180.
