If you haven't received your order or no card from the postal service has been left please take the following steps:
- Check with your Postal Service / Local Depot
Make sure you have your details to hand i.e Tracking Number so they can check if your order is with them.
They will be able to provide you with an update on your order as we don't have that information.
Please be aware that for security reasons we cannot collect your order or have it redelivered on your behalf.
- Email Supporter Care
Once you have contacted your postal service and local depot and they have confirmed they don't have your order please email us with your payment confirmation email and we will check with our warehouse team to see if it was returned to us.
Please be aware that if it has been returned to us we will automatically cancel and refund the order.
